OUR HISTORY
Taylor Street Primary Care Clinic is a full-service primary care clinic devoted to the community and able to see patients of all ages. Affiliated with Nursing Practice Corporation and the College of Nursing at Wayne State University, we are staffed with primarily highly skilled adult and family nurse practitioners.
Taylor Street Primary Care Clinic opened its doors in early 2020 in the Central Detroit Christian Community Development center at 1550 Taylor Street in Detroit Michigan.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help the Virginia Park community and surrounding Detroit neighborhoods get and stay well. We aim to do so by providing health care services to prevent and treat common physical illnesses, making wellness-related resources accessible, and promoting health education and wellness activities.
Our vision is to provide the highest quality care and promote lifelong emotional and physical health for our urban community of all ages.
